Don is a graduate of the University of Florida. He is a CPA and a member of the American and Florida Institutes of CPA's. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with a Big Four firm for nine years in the tax department of their Atlanta and Miami offices. Don is the partner-in-charge of the firm's tax division. His extensive tax experience covers a wide range of business activities with an emphasis on professional organizations, manufacturing and travel and leisure industries. Don's community involvement has included Big Brothers/Big Sisters and providing tax and consulting services to minority startup businesses. Don is also a professional fine art photographer and his hobbies include rollerblading and bridge. |

Joel is a graduate of the University of Miami. Upon graduation, he joined the tax staff of a Big Four firm. He spent five years with them prior to becoming a founding partner of McKean, Paul, Chrycy, Fletcher & Co. Joel is partner-in-charge of the Firm's international tax practice. He is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of CPA's, Management Consulting Services Section of the AICPA, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and an accredited AICPA Business Valuator (ABV). Joel specializes in U.S. and international taxation and business valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, gift and estate tax planning, including the valuation of family limited partnerships, professional practices and goodwill, and special class securities. |

Larry grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Florida where he attended the University of Florida and received a degree in accounting. Larry specializes in auditing, consulting and forensic accounting. He is a CPA and member of the American and Florida Institutes of CPA's and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He holds Life, Health, Annuities and Series 6 licenses. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 13 years with a Big Four firm in the audit department of their Miami office. He is presently in charge of the firm's audit and advisory services practice. Larry is an avid golfer and enjoys jogging and hiking. |

Upon graduation from the University of Miami, Jamie joined the tax department of a Big Four firm. After six years in their Miami office and two years in their Washington, DC office, Jamie joined MPCF & Co. Jamie specializes in personal financial planning and taxation dealing primarily with the real estate, not for profit, and financial and professional services industries. She has been actively involved in several professional and civic organizations including the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and the University of Miami Student Mentor Program. She also serves on the Boards of Victim Services Center and the Entertainment Industry Incubator. Jamie is a CPA and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She holds Life, Health, Annuities and Series 6 licenses. Jamie's hobbies include golf, travel and sailing. |
